INSIDE
Each unit is constructed with an ICC-listed and UL laboratory-certified flooring system, specifically designed for high-moisture, heavy-traffic applications. The standard system includes a precision-installed water proofing membrane system, over pre-tested structural concrete floor panels. This configuration provides both chemical resistance and dimensional stability under thermal and load cycling.
EXTRA
To further reinforce the perimeter and eliminate wall-floor breach points, a extra layer of 3/4″ structural concrete panel is installed beneath the wall base plate. This layer acts as a continuous thermal and moisture break, reducing capillary action and intrusion risk at vulnerable transitions.
RESULT
The result: a sealed, resilient floor system engineered to exceed the operational demands of commercial kitchens, walk-ins, and high-washdown zones.
