Gyro Shack is a fast-growing brand that originated in Idaho and is quickly expanding throughout the southwest. Gyro Shack offers delicious and healthy Greek style gyros, pita sandwiches, salad and rice bowls.

Gyro Shack’s modular prototype is a 774 square foot building that was recently set in Albuquerque, NM and Tucson, Az. Because Gyro Shack has a modular program, they do not have to go through the building design phase again and therefore can actively look for more sites to set this beautiful modular building.  Gyro Shacks next modular building can be constructed faster and more efficiently as a result of Russo Modulars program.
