- Jimmy John’s Modular Drive-Thru
Description
Russo Modular partners with Jimmy John’s on a strategic modular drive-thru and walk-up window program. At 885 square feet, these models demonstrate the controlled efficiency of the Russo Modular Program, which can expedite the process from obtaining permits to opening doors in less than three months.
In August 2025, Russo Modular made construction history in Kuna, Idaho, successfully crane-lifting a fully constructed, 25-ton Jimmy John’s restaurant into place—completing both Kuna’s first Jimmy John’s and the city’s first modular commercial building. The installation involved lifting two separate units and precisely placing them on their foundation in a single day. While traditional construction takes months of on-site work, the entire building was pre-assembled in just over three months at our Phoenix facility.
Our program spans multiple locations, with Lexington, Nebraska up next. Each new building demonstrates the Russo Modular advantage: consistent quality, reduced site disruption, and accelerated timelines.
