Description

Russo Modular partnered with Salad and Go to bring a new healthy, fast food drive-thru option to a local Phoenix, AZ neighborhood.

The 700 SF modular unit for Salad and Go was completed in 90 days and delivered to Laveen, Arizona. Salad and Go operated more than 130 drive-thru locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada at the time of the build. It was a great experience to work with this forward-thinking team and a perfect fit into our modular program.

The unit was framed with Russo’s patented More Usable Space system, which moves structural depth out of the wall assembly and returns the floor area to the operator. On a 700 SF footprint, the recovered area becomes usable kitchen space behind the service window.

Our Controlled Scalable Modular Building Programs take one approved prototype and repeat it to the same standard in every market you open. Learn more about the Russo Modular Difference and why all modular QSRs are not built the same.
