Less than a year ago, this concept was literally a napkin sketch design. Chef Robbie Wilson, Emily Wilson, and Oleg Bulut masterfully orchestrated this beautiful 1200 SF modular building to fruition.
Russo Modular manufactures, fabricates, and assembles every building component at their Phoenix warehouse before it is shipped to the work site, significantly reducing construction schedules and on-site disruption. This accelerated approach allows restaurants to welcome eager patrons much sooner.
