Russo Modular partnered with Town Pump to build Stonehouse Coffee Shots, a compact 400-square-foot modular coffee kiosk engineered to stand outside existing convenience stores and truck stops. The first units are openening at Town Pump locations across Montana.
The footprint is small, but it holds a full coffee bar. Two espresso machines, a drive-thru window, and a pick-up window all fit inside a single standalone structure. It drops in next to high-traffic locations, without the cost or timeline of ground-up construction.
The project also gave Russo Modular a first. A gable roof, engineered specifically for Stonehouse and now part of the company’s modular building lineup. Inside, the floor runs a commercial-grade Altro system made for the demands of a working QSR, holding up under moisture and heavy traffic over the long run.
Every component is fabricated inside Russo Modular’s 20,000-square-foot Phoenix facility, then transported and set on a site already prepared to receive it. For Town Pump, family-owned and serving Montana since 1953 across more than 200 locations, the model brings a premium coffee concept to that footprint one prepared pad at a time.
Stonehouse Coffee Shots adds a new format to Russo Modular’s growing portfolio of factory-built commercial structures, alongside a client roster that includes Dutch Bros, Jimmy John’s, Black Rock Coffee, 7 Brew, and Salad & Go across 18-plus states. Each is built on an approximately 90-day timeline that runs parallel to site preparation.
