In October 2025, Russo Modular announced a major partnership with Black Rock Coffee Bar. What began with several successful projects evolved into complete end-to-end execution through Russo Siteworx—managing everything from permits and site prep to final installation across Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, and beyond.

Our factory-controlled approach cuts typical 18-20 week construction timelines down to 8-10 weeks. Each Black Rock location is manufactured, fabricated, and assembled at our Phoenix facility before shipping to site, giving Black Rock one partner handling their expansion toward 1,000 locations.
